Is an independent, liberal arts institution
in the Catholic tradition of American higher education.
Guided since its inception by the educational philosophy
of the Congregation of St. Basil, the College emphasizes

College
Founded in 1924 by the Sisters of
St. Joseph, Nazareth College is an independent, liberal

Rochester Institute of Technology
Founded in 1829 and emphasizing career
education, Rochester Institute of Technology is a privately
endowed, coeducational university that includes seven colleges.
The Campus occupies 1,300 acres in suburban Rochester, the
third largest city in New York State. The RIT Student Body
consists of approximately 9,500 full-time and 2,400 part-time
undergraduate students and 2,200 graduate students. Enrolled
students represent all 50 states and more than 80 foreign
countries. Deaf students number approximately 1,100.
